U.S. ORDERS:
For orders within USA we use the following shipping carriers: USPS and UPS. We do ship to p.o. boxes only via USPS. All USPS packages come with trackable delivery confirmation number. The following UPS shipping options are available to our customers: UPS ground (about 5 business days), 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air. The rates depend on your destination and items weight. Please note that UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays.

All 14K GOLD MERCHANDISE can be shipped via UPS only. (no USPS shipments). It might be also shipped from a different warehouse, so please allow up to 48 hours for processing.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
All international orders we ship via USPS GLOBAL PRIORITY or USPS GLOBAL EXPRESS MAIL SERVICES (EMS). If you want your order to be shipped outside United States, please choose "INTERNATIONAL" shipping during your check out process.

We ship most in-stock orders placed within 1-2 business days. UPS does not pick up or deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday. UPS Ground shipping normally takes 2 to 5 business days depending on where you are. Most of our items are in stock, but we will verify out-of-stock or special orders immediately on receipt and send an email advisory with estimated shipping date. You will be notified by email if an order cannot be shipped in its entirety.

How long will it take to get my products?

This varies based on your location, product availability and shipping method. Ground delivery can take anywhere from 1-5 days after we ship the item depending on your location. If your order is going to be delayed due to items being out of stock, we will let you know via e-mail as to the status and expected shipping date.
