To return any item, please contact us here or call us at 1-877-677-2960 for an R.A. (return authorization) number. When sending back your return, please include a copy of your invoice and/or your guarantee certificate with the return, write the R.A. number on your guarantee certificate and include a short note explaining the reason for your return. All merchandise should be returned to us fully insured. We can only refund merchandise that is received back within 30 days of the invoice date and is in new, resalable condition without any scratches, nicks or marks.

10k and 14k gold jewelry can be only returned within 14 days. Please contact us to obtain your Return Authorization within 7 days of receipt of your order, otherwise your return will not be accepted. (Please note, there is a 15% restocking fee and we do not refund shipping & handling, gift-wrapping, special order and final sale merchandise.) Refunds will be issued in the same method in which payment was originally made usually within 5-10 business days of receiving your jewelry return.

Engraved Jewelry
Jewelry that has been engraved with personalization, such as a ring with inside engraving or an ID Bracelet that has been engraved is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Wedding Bands
Since our wedding bands are individually made-to-order, exchanges on wedding bands are allowed one time only within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Personalized Rings
Our personalized name rings are not returnable as they are custom made for you. Sizing options are available if your personalized ring does not fit. We will have your ring re-made for you for a charge of $99 (within 14 days of receipt of your order).
Custom & Special Orders
Jewelry that has been custom made for you or special ordered is non-exchangeable and non-returnable. That includes Men’s Rings in sizes 7-8 and 13-14, Women’s Rings in sizes 4-5 and 9-10 (including half sizes). Custom sized bracelets (less than 8" long) and custom sized necklaces (less than 18" and over 30" long) are not returnable.
Hand Carved Rings
Since we individually hand-make each of our hand carved wedding bands, these particular wedding rings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This is for rings whose item #s begin with "mg-HC-", such as item #s mg-HC-7, mg-HC-8, mg-HC-9, etc. If we make a mistake in production or sizing, or if you receive a ring that has defects, we will, of course, make you a new ring at no additional cost.
Platinum Rings
Platinum rings are by special order and therefore non-returnable.
We do have re-sizing options available for some of the rings, which will vary based on your ring style. Most platinum rings may cost anywhere from $100 - $300 tore-make, depending on the model (must be within 30 days of receipt of your order). The re-making fee for platinum Celtic rings is $500. We highly recommend getting professionally measured by a jeweler before ordering a platinum ring.

All the above chains come with unconditional LIFETIME GUARANTEE from the manufacturer. You can exchange your chain any time by sending it back to manufacturer for any reason if it doesn't look the same as the day you received it (except solid sterling silver chains). Just mail it to the address, stated on your guarantee certificate. All the detailed instructions are provided on your guarantee certificate.
Please, do not mail it to our company address, simply because we will have to resend it to the manufacturer, that will delay the exchange of your merchandise significantly.
