With the run up to Christmas and working long hours i could hardley get to the shops in time before they were closing, so with some spare time at work i done a yahoo search and clicked on the first website it came up with. Mg-jewelry is the name and good bargains is its game!! I looked on the sale
items (as i don't get paid that much) and found "make your own chains" so i bought a 10.5 inch anklet chain for my mum for christmas, but living in the
uk and ordering goods off the net from usa on 30th November, i was a bit skeptical. But as i now sit here on the 6th of December with the goods in my hands, i can honestly say i will use Mg-jewelry again and will recommend anyone to use the website!!
One last thing, customer service, you couldn't ask for more friendly and helpful people!!

It all started with a random Google search for jewelry online. Found MG-Jewelry at the top of the list, figured it would be worthwhile to take a look. Saw the nice jewelry that they had and was amazed that i can get such a great deal. 46 inches of rhodium/platinum chain for 125 dollars INCLUDING SHIPPING!!!! As you may have been as well, I was a little bit skeptical of the great deal, but i took a shot at it. Received the product in an amazingly quick shipping and i must tell you. The Chains are very HIGH END!!! I get so many comments on how shiny and nice they are. I even shower with them on... had them for 2 months now.... NO TARNISHING EITHER. I applaude MG-JEWELRY.COM. I purchased an order from MG and was very, very pleased with the merchandise. However, the shipment seems to take an extremely long time to reach me. I now have a second order coming from MG which was shipped on June 22 and I still have not received it 10 days later. I imagine that Canada Customs is also to blame for this delay in receipt. I will definitely buy from MG again as their prices are very, very good and their merchandise very nice.

This was the first time I used Mg-Jewelry. They were great! I ordered multiples of one item. They did not have the quantity I ordered so they called me and we arrange a replacement over the phone. I received my order two days later. I ordered four bangle gold bracelets. I was unsure of the product quality because this was the first time I ordered with Mg - but the quality was more than I expected. The bracelets are beautiful! I will definitely order from them again - especially for gifts.

I found that this merchant had exactly what i was searching for, right off the shelf. It was reasonably quick to answer my questions (I found it over the weekend) by sometime during the day that following Monday. The ordering process was very easy and payment options were quite acceptable. Delivery of my order was within a week and it arrived in exactly the way Id placed the order. Delivery tracking alerts by e-mail were most appreciated as was the fact that it could be shipped USPS at a relativley reasonable price. I think choosing one of the package delivery services might have inflated that far above what would have really been neaded to complete the shipping. I just revieved my 12mm curb link chain today. It wasnt as thick as i had imagined. Or as heavy. It does look nice very shiny. It Was too long. I had ordered 16 inch necklace but the csr told me that it would be to small even for a woman. which was a load of bull shit. i wanted the necklace tight that is why i ordered 16 but she talked me into ordering 20. another 8 dollars she made the company congratulations you lost any service from me in the future.. but shipping was pretty quick if you do order from this place order the length YOU think you need not what they say because they dont know what you want. I had to take out 9 links myself. but necklace is nice for the price..

I ordered this item on a Tuesday, and they called me on Wednesday to discuss a shipping address issue. All worked out fine in that area. They custom sized the chain and I received it on Friday. Id say, you cant beat that.

My overall review of this merchant, would have to be just O.K. The item I purchased took so long to get here, that they thought it was lost and mailed out another item. I got the second mailed item, and then the next day the first item arrived. They really need to work on shipping, most people dont mind paying for shipping, provide the purchases get to them within 3 to 5 days. The first item was mailed out on 9-20-05, I recd it on 10-05-05, the second item was mailed on 9-30-05 and I recd it on 10-04-05. This was the very first time, ordering from this merchant, hopefully the next one will go a lot smoother and quicker.

I was very impressed with this merchant and the chains I purchased. I wrote to Customer Service over a weekend and received an answer to my question on Monday morning. They were able to fulfill my custom request and did so perfectly. I love the merchandise. So often, gold layered jewelry looks fake. These chains do not and have a lifetime replacement guarantee. Shipping was fast, reasonably priced and well packaged. Im looking for an excuse to buy from MG-Jewelry again!
